Prices
are in Canadian Dollars, and subject to change. Price changes
will be noted at the time of purchase
Payment terms
are as quoted, otherwise 30 days from delivery, on approved
credit. Late charges are 2% per month.
Taxes
are not included in prices. Customers claiming exemptions
must provide certificates at time of purchase.
Delivery
is as quoted, otherwise FOB our facility in Langley, B.C.,
Canada. Shortages and damages must be noted, on the waybill,
at the time of delivery.
Engineering
of frames is as quoted. Steele Greenhouse Components Inc.
assumes no liability for failures resulting from incorrect
installation or loads exceeding the design criteria.
Products are warranted
against material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase
and is limited to products supplied by Steele Greenhouse Components
Inc. only. Electrical components and gas appliances must be
installed by licensed technicians.
A restocking
charge of 15% will apply to materials returned within
30 days (in "as new" condition), electrical components
and gas appliances are exempted.
